The objectives of the planning proposed by us are: - increase the capacity of NGOs to develop participation activities with/for young people. We propose the matrix for the first 24 months (ANNEXED), - involvement of 0,5% of the young population living in Romania in a consultation process (online or ofline) - increase the visibility of EU youth dialogue in Romania (for young people and also for authorities) - strengthening EU youth dialogue in Balkan area - develop qualitative materials and reports as a result of consultations Given that the basic idea of EU youth dialog is the involvement, especially, of young people who have not participated in such processes, we propose a balanced distribution of activities between rural and urban, but also by age segments. The main packages of activities are: - Project management and coordination - Consultation with young people - Youth workers training - Promotion of EU youth dialogue - Complementary activities for development of EU youth Dialogue Results - Increase number of young people involved in consultation activities and increasing the number of public authorities that are aware of the principle of EU youth dialogue. - Increasing the number of NGOs involved in activities run by Romanian NWG - Increasing visibility of EU youth dialogue in Romania - Youth friendly information available about EU youth dialogue Output - Better understanding of EU youth dialogue principle on behalf of public authorities - Higher number of young people involved in participatory activities Impact - During the period of EU youth strategy to involve at least 10% of young people from Romania in consultation processes Estimated number of young people involved is 5000.
