Description | In Oct 2012, a local private company Changqing Group was granted a concession agreement to build and operate a solid waste incineration power plant in Rongcheng City, Shandong Province. The total investment was US$ 44.22 million (RMB 274 million) and Changqing Group had a 100% stake in the project. Construction commenced in Dec 2012. Over 25% of construction had been finished by May 2013. The power generation capacity of the plant was 27 MW. The concessional period was 30 years (including 2 years for construction). |
