Roof, parapet and awning repair at the main entrance to the Centre d’hébergement de la Colline

The project consists of redoing basins # 4, 8, 9 and 13 of the roof of the Center d’accueil de la Colline, which have reached their useful life. The roof sections to be replaced have several problems such as water infiltration, visible signs of humidity, raised membranes. In addition, the project includes the repair of the awning outside the main entrance. The current marquee structure will be demolished and a new, larger structure will be built to provide protection and comfort to residents and visitors in times of inclement weather and heat waves. The project will support pandemic response and economic recovery, notably by maintaining and upgrading health infrastructure.
