This project involves installing solar panels above rooftop gardens, a technique known as rooftop agrivoltaics. The solar panels provide partial shade to protect plants from extreme heat and sunlight while generating electricity. The plants help cool the panels through evaporation, increasing energy efficiency. This setup addresses urban challenges such as food insecurity and climate pollution by combining food production and clean energy generation on rooftops.
