The proposed project is intended to finance upgrading of auxiliary fleet and refinance the short-term debt. The project will support the promotion of tariff reform in ports dues, asset evaluation, and changes in leasing arrangements of the ports infrastructure. The audit will identify potential environmental issues associated with Rosmorport’s activities, which might include impacts associated with dredging activities, disposal of ballast water, oil spill response plans and compliance with international maritime environmental and safety standards. The investigations will result in a corporate-wide environmental action plan addressing corrective measures and guiding the Company’s operations towards good international practice.
