The project consists of improving the condition of the Rosslyn Community Centre by: • Repairing exterior wall to replace damage mortar and bricks. • Repairing and replacing deteriorated sealants throughout the roof system. • Replacing and repairing cracked deteriorated and depressed asphalt of the parking lot • Replacing the HVAC unit. Rosslyn Hall is used as a multi functional meeting place for both members of the Community and Ontarians within the region. The building is used for various recreational activities for community members as well as a library which members of the community use. These will be the outputs as with the improvements the Municipality will have the ability to continue to offer services to the community.
