Description
Description | This project will support the eventual construction of a new wastewater treatment facility on the site of an existing two-step lagoon, in the Town of Rothesay. The scope of work for Phase 2A of the project will include: decommissioning, dredging and infilling cell #1, as well as upgrading cell #2 with curtains and aeration infrastructure in order for it become active for use. A separate Phase 2B project will be implemented to construct the new wastewater treatment facility. Phase 2A and 2B are part of a larger project to modernize the Town’s wastewater collection system. The project will benefit the community by increasing capacity to treat and manage its wastewater. |
