The project involves the improvement, construction, maintenance and operation of Route 5 between the towns of Chacao and Chonchi on the island of Chiloe, Chile.The main works of this project include the construction of a new bridge over the Pudeto River, approximately 750 m long, and six other bridges. It also considers the rehabilitation works of the pre-existing infrastructure, the construction of pedestrian walkways, bus stops, regulation of intersections and level access, expansion of berms, service streets in various sections, improvement of sanitation and drainage systems, etc.
