Description | Royal Enfield is establishing a massive Rs 2,200-crore integrated manufacturing facility and vendor park at Satyavedu in Tirupati district, Andhra Pradesh. This is the company's first major manufacturing expansion outside Tamil Nadu since 1901. The project will generate around 5,000 jobs and add nearly 9 lakh units to annual production capacity. The state government has allotted 267 acres for the project, which will be developed in two phases, with the first phase completing by 2029 and the second by 2032. The project includes a dedicated vendor park to foster an ancillary industrial ecosystem. |
