The project consists of about 1400 bed student village through a demand risk partnership over one or more phases. The project also includes the stock transfer, finance, operation and maintenance of its existing 621 student accommodation development, George Eliot Hall. With financial closure pending in early 2022, construction is due to commence shortly after, and completion of the project is planned ahead of the 2024/25 academic year. |
