Description | Provision of a sovereign loan of up to EUR 9.5 million in the form of a Standby Credit Line (SBCL) in favour of Bosnia and Herzegovina to be on-lent to Republika Srpska. As an SBCL, EBRD finance is designed to provide funds to Republika Srpska under certain pre-agreed conditions in order to support the newly established COVID-19 Guarantee Programme for SMEs which will be administered by the Republika Srpska Guarantee Fund ("RSGF"). The new facility will complement the funds that will provided by the Government of Republika Srpska in the amount of EUR 15.5 million. |
