Description | Ciel Healthcare (CHL or the Company) is a Sub Saharan African healthcare platform with operations in Mauritius with C-Care Ltd. and Uganda with International Medical Group (IMG) as well as investment in Nigeria in Hygeia Nigeria Ltd. The Company is raising US$6.5 million to finance potential liquidity shortfall to be faced by IMG as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and refinance IMG existing debt to secure longer tenor with grace period that suits company’s needs. The Project includes support from the International Development Association’s (IDA) Private Sector Window Local Currency Facility as described in Blended Finance section below. |
