Description
Description | Since 2018, the French networks have been organised and structured to submit a joint Europass Euroguidance and EQF application, with the Erasmus + France Education Formation Agency having been designated by the French authorities as the Europass National Centre and the Euroguidance National Centre and France Compétences as the EQF national contact point. The objective of this new joint application for 2021/2023 will be to continue the coordinated action of the three networks to implement the Europass Decision and to develop the use of the new platform to enable all citizens to make informed choices throughout their lives in terms of training and employment, to train guidance professionals to develop their skills and promote mobility and to ensure that skills and qualifications are understood and comparable across Europe. In a context of recovery from the health and economic crisis, strong changes in the labour market and society in general, actions will focus on European and national priorities: developing apprenticeship and vocational training, lifelong learning, access to digital technology, and openness to European mobility. A single application allows for a cross-cutting approach to skills, guidance and mobility issues by bringing together key players at national level, actively collaborating at European level in each network and also with all other European tools and networks. The expected impact of the synergistic actions is that professionals will be trained and advise their audience on Europass so that everyone can enhance their skills, make their qualifications understandable, know about training and employment opportunities at European level, and have the information they need to manage their skills and careers by considering mobility as a development tool. |
