Description

This project mills and resurfaces Route 17C from Marshall Drive to Adams Avenue and Route 26 from Route 17C to Linnaeus W. West School in the Village of Endicott and Town of Union, Broome County.  Additional work includes replacement of one large culvert, replacement of two traffic signals, replacement of a stormwater pumphouse, replacement of curb ramps non-Americans with Disabilities Act compliant and replacement of small sections of guiderail, sidewalk and curb.  this project also includes updating traffic signal detection, installation of five new pedestrian signals and one new pedestrian refuge island, installation of new drainage and new signs and pavement markings throughout the project area.
