Sponsored by Peri LLC and operated by JSC Wind Power, the facility will produce green electricity for the national grid, contributing to a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. The project has secured a senior A/B loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with an A loan of up to $119 million. The total project cost is estimated at $230 million.
