he PPP project of rural backbone road network construction in Gongyi City (Kangdian to Zhitian Section) belongs to the public welfare project in the municipal infrastructure field. The project involves the northern section, the Xinxing Road connecting line, the Renmin Road connecting line, the middle section and the southern section, and a total of five sections of roads. The project, and supporting rainwater engineering, sewage engineering, lighting engineering, bridge engineering, traffic engineering and other projects, the northern section including the Yiluo River Bridge and its connecting line, S312 cross-connected line, the total length of the road is 10.911km. The total investment of the project is 920.037 million yuan, and the cooperation period is 15 years. It operates in BOT mode. SPV is Gongyi City Kangzhi Road Road Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors Gongyi Jinqiao Asset Management Co., Ltd. (95%) and the state-owned Gongyi City Changda Road and Bridge Engineering Co., Ltd.
