Description | The project content of this project is mainly road engineering (basic level road). The project involves 5 towns in Shidian County (Dianyang Town, Taiping Town, Yuwang Town, Renhe Town, Yaoguan Town) and 8 Townships (Shuichang Township, Laomai Township, Heyuan Township, Wanxing Township, Wine Room). Townships, old towns and villages, Mu Laoyuan Blang and Yi nationality, and the Yi people's Blang ethnic group), due to the poor quality of the old roads, are basically new projects. The project covers an area of ??5,540 mu and the old road uses 5,540 mu. The proposed rural road route is 540.216km in length, of which the basic road (6.5m road width) is 204.222km, the basic road (4.5m road base width) is 335.994km. SPV is Shidian County Tongtu Highway Development Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsors Yunnan Construction Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (79.2%), Yunnan Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Co., Ltd. (0.08%) and the state-owned Shidian County Hongrun Highway Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (20%). Type of concession is BOT with a contract period of 18 years.
