Description | The project entails the rehabilitation and reconstruction ofan existing plant 335 km east of Moscow in the town of Garokhovets in the Vladimir Region, Russian Federation (the Project). It includes the installation of a furnace with 275 tons/day capacity and three manufacturing lines to produce up to 225 million bottles p.a., producing a wide range of glass bottles. The project will be undertaken by a joint venture company, ZAO Ruscam (the Project Company), which will be jointly owned by Turkiye Sise ve Cam Fabrikalari A.S. of Turkey (Sisecam), one of the world''s top ten glass manufacturers, will own a 51% stake and 49% by local and regional shareholders. The site was previously utilized by a state owned company. Ruscam will create 200 jobs. |
