Description	The proposed project is an approximately $35 million expansion of the Ruscam glass bottle production plant at Garokhovets, Russia for which IFC has been asked to provide a loan of up to $17.5 million. The project entails the installation of a third furnace with a capacity of 385 tonnes per day as well as a new raw materials batch plant and four new bottle forming lines. The market for these bottles is the premium beer market in Russia. With the addition of this third furnace, Ruscam will begin to produce green bottles, a new product line. Ruscam is 51.85% owned by Sise ve Cam Group of Turkey with other investors holding the balance.
