Description | Denison Mines Corp. has executed an agreement with Skyharbour Resources Ltd. to acquire initial interests in claims comprising Skyharbour's Russell Lake Uranium Project, adjacent to Denison's Wheeler River Project. The project is divided into four joint ventures: Russell Lake, Getty East, Wheeler North, and Wheeler River Inliers, with Denison acquiring initial ownership interests ranging from 20% to 70%. Denison has options to increase ownership in Wheeler North and Getty East up to 70% through earn-in agreements. The transaction includes payments totaling $18 million and is expected to close by December 21, 2025. |
