Rwanda - Study project for the Ecole Normale Technique Supérieure

The preinvestment study which is included as a component of the Strenghtening of Technical and Vocational Education I project is made up of 2 parts: - a first phase aimed at assessing specific educational needs and building requirements based on a general sector study; - a second phase involving engineering studies and culminating in the accurate assessment of the investment scope and the preparation of every design and document that will go into procuring goods and services for the project implementation.
