The financing comprises USD $5 million equity and USD $25 million debt. Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (BIO) and The Norwegian Investment Fund for Developing Countries (Norfund) acted as MLAs on the debt. Allen & Overy acted as lenders' legal adviser. Rwimi small hydro power plant (SHPP )is a 5.6 MW greenfield project with 2 turbines generating a total of 28 GWh per year. |
