"This project involves the expansion of RZK Energia’s distributed solar portfolio in Brazil. This initiative includes the construction of a total of seven distributed solar projects, with two located in the state of Ceará and five in the state of Piauí. The planned generation capacity for this solar portfolio is 45MW, and it is scheduled to become operational by the end of 2025. The total project cost is $37 million (R$200 million), of which $27.6 million (R$150 million) are secured through a loan from Banco do Nordeste do Brasil (BNB) while the remaining $9.4m will be an equity investment by the sponsor.
