Description | The project entails the upgrade of S436 (Yuhe to Guandou) secondary road in Yixian County, Yibin City, Sichuan Province, China. The project starts from the Qikou archway in Yukou Village, Yuhe Miao Nationality Township, and to the Guandou Miao Township in the border of Sichuan and Chongqing. It is connected to Yiwei Road. The transit roads of Shangluo and Luohai are 42.012 kilometers, which are limited by terrain and other conditions. According to the existing subgrade width, the technical standard adopts secondary road, the design speed is 40km/h, the subgrade width is 8.5m, and the road width is 7m. The project involves a 14-year ROT concession. Total investment is $84.46 million. Jixian Yuguan Transportation Investment Co., Ltd. is the sponsor.
