Description | The Sabzi Mandi CBD project in Shimla is a world-class commercial hub being developed to decongest urban centres and strengthen institutional infrastructure. The project will be developed in two phases with modern commercial spaces, smart parking facilities, and green-blue public zones. The first phase has a budget of Rs 210 crore, with Rs 160 crore already provided to the Shimla Municipal Corporation and Public Works Department. Demolition work is scheduled to begin in July after vacation of residences and offices by May 21, and the tendering process is to be completed by August 2026. |
