The project involves implementing phase 1 (2nd part) of the SAEIV Chrono solution, i.e. setting up a Passenger Information and Operational Support System. The following are deliverable in phase 1 (2nd part): - Purchasing the equipment (continued from phase 1) - Continuing the installations in the buses - Setting up the control centre - Developing the priority features (e.g. detour management, mobile application, broadcast console, reports, business intelligence) - Setting up the technological infrastructure required for supporting the solution - Change management and training
