Description | SAEL Industries has commissioned its first large-scale solar power project in Rajasthan, located in the Jalore district. The project spans over 1,000 acres and has a generation capacity of 200 MW in Alternate Current and 298 MW in Direct Current. It was developed through the subsidiary Sunfree Energy RJP1 Pvt Ltd and includes a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement with Rajasthan Urja Vikas and IT Services Ltd at a tariff of INR 2.61 per kWh. The project was commissioned ahead of its Scheduled Commercial Operation Date to support Rajasthan's energy requirements. |
