Description	The proposed project comprises the financing, design, construction and operation of a new multipurpose terminalincluding dry and liquid bulk, container cargo and Roll-on Roll-off services in Safaga, Egypt (the Project). The Safaga Terminal Operating Company (the Company), a special purpose vehicle incorporated in Egypt and owned by Abu Dhabi Ports Group, (ADP or the Sponsor), will implement the Project under a 30-year Concession Agreement (CA) signed in December 2023 with the Red Sea Ports Authority (the Grantor). Under the CA, the Grantor is responsible for constructing the marine works infrastructure while the Company is responsible for the construction of the superstructure, which includes equipment and facilities necessary for the terminal's operations.
