Saint-André-Avellin Municipal Library

The project consists of redeveloping the municipal library of the Municipality of Saint-André-Avellin. The library will be located on the second floor of the newly built town hall and will cover an area of 405 m2. The new infrastructure will allow the addition of an animation and exhibition room as well as workspaces for users. The list of the components are: • Construction of a second floor at the town hall; • Excavation and installation of an evacuation exit; • Installation of an elevator and a staircase; • Installation of mechanical equipment; • Redevelopment of the entrance hall on the ground floor (non-eligible cost). The new municipal library of Saint-André-Avellin will offer more spacious and welcoming spaces for citizens. Thus, this project will allow the Municipality of Saint-André-Avellin to offer its population a better quality cultural infrastructure and improved access.
