The support from the new media call enables Be For Films to invest on minimum 3 non-national european films and promotion costs. We are planning on a total budget of 55 000 € (total budget of direct costs) constituted by 41250 € for Minimum Guarantee, 13 750 € for the promotion costs. 3 850 € of indirect costs. The promotion and advertising of our films generally consists of different stages. Firstly, we will pitch the new films to our key buyers, this requires script translation, in order for the project to be known by the market. Secondly, when the form is in a more advanced stage (shooting completed), we will create a mood-book, promo-reel in order to reveal the first images. Once a film is completed and selected and / or presented in important festivals or markets, we will create the EPK (English Press Kit). Additionally, we will create the poster, postcards for the promotion (with digital adaptation for our digital channels, social networks, e-mailings, and online campaign). For A festivals, hiring the services of an international press agent + a translator for interviews with film directors and / or actors is necessary.
