San Francisco Bay Area Golf Club Wastewater Recycling Plant

Consolidated Water's California subsidiary, PERC Water Corporation, was awarded an $11.7 million contract to construct a wastewater recycling plant with a 200,000 gallons-per-day capacity and 600,000 gallons of treated water storage. The plant will use membrane bioreactor technology to treat diverted sewer flow, producing high-quality recycled water suitable for irrigation. The design includes value-engineering features such as precast concrete basins and prefabricated equipment buildings to reduce costs and accelerate the schedule. The plant is expected to save 36-38 million gallons of potable water annually and be fully commissioned and operational by January 2027.
