The project entails the maintenance and conservation of the road section of the free federal network MEX-050 integrated by the following two sub-sections: - The section San Luis Potosí - Matehuala, between kilometers 16 + 500 and 187 + 390 - The section Matehuala - Saltillo, between kilometers 8 + 340 and 24 + 640 It is considered an initial recovery stage with an investment of 1,755 million pesos (mdp), while the total investment of the project, which includes conservation, is estimated at 4,962 mdp. Located in the state of San Luis Potosí, with a linear length of 187.19 km and an equivalent length of 374.38 km.The project was announced on March 9, 2017, as part of the “Strategy to Promote the Public Private Partnership Projects of the Federal Government”. SPV is Omega Construcciones Industriales , a wholly owned subsidiary of Grupo Omega SA de CV that covers the project cost ($ 95.41 million). The term of the concession is 10 years.
