Description | Daskalos Development and Investments and Unisus Development (Pegasus Group) are partnering to build a quasi-mixed-use retail development on a 1.5-acre lot at 6000 San Mateo Blvd. NE. The development includes a 5,600-square-foot retail strip building and a 10,000-square-foot auto complex. The retail strip will likely host three tenants and feature a drive-thru. Local used-car dealer 712 Auto Sales will be a tenant in the auto complex. Construction is expected to start in November 2025 and complete by March or April 2026. Landmark Construction is the general contractor and Wilder Designs is the architect. |
