Sanitation and Water Supply for the Chaco and Intermediate Cities Program

The objective of this program is to improve health conditions of indigenous people and poor populations living in the Paraguayan Chaco and in the medium-sized cities of the Region Oriental of Paraguay. The specific objectives are: i) expanding coverage of potable water and sanitation in lacking areas or deficient service and ensure its sustainability, ii) support institutional strengthening sector entities, and iii) improve the efficiency and operational management of service providers.
