Description	The project entails the development, construction and operation of the transmission line “Lot 21 of the Transmission Auction 05/2016”, with an extension of 485km to be built in Santa Catarina State, Brazil. The SPV EDP Transmissão Aliança SC S.A (EDP Aliança) is owned by EDP (90%) and Celesc Geração S.A. (Celesc), which holds the remaining 10%. BRL 1.2 billion (USD 329 million) in simple debentures issued by EDP Aliança will cover 99.8% of the investment required for the project, which EDP was awarded in April 2017.
