The project includes a 70,550-square-foot building with 12 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, and a fenced outdoor storage area, and a 152,000-square-foot building with 20 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, and additional trailer parking. The City Council approved bonds backing the project and a 10-year, 55% property tax abatement with payment-in-lieu-of-taxes contributions. Construction is expected to start later in 2025 and finish in 2027. |
