Description	"This project involves the construction of the Santa Régia Wind Farm, also known as Agreste Potiguar II Wind Farm, located in Jandaíra municipality, Rio Grande do Norte state. The wind farm will consist of 9 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 4.2 MW, totaling a generation capacity of 37.8 MW. The sponsors for this initiative are Alupar and WEG, both based in Brazil. The total project cost is $53.6 million, with CITIBANK providing a loan of $27.7 million and Banco do Nordeste do Brasil (BNB) providing a loan of $14.7 million (R$71.8 million). The remaining $11.2 million (R$55 million) was secured through a debenture issuance by the sponsor, with a tenor of 14.9 years and maturity in December 2038, arranged by Itau BBA.
