The generated power will be sold to the private customers under the new Wholesale Electricity Market. The project is covered with long term PPAs with private customers. The construction of the plant commenced in August 2017 and thus considered financial closure data. As of December 2017, there are no financing details. It is expected that the plant will be operational in 2018. Investment amount estimated based on the Hermosillo Solar Plant which are being built simultaneously by Iberdrola. |
