The park will consist of 6 wind turbines, each with a capacity of 4.2 MW, installed on 125-meter-high concrete towers, totaling a generation capacity of 25.2 MW. The sponsor, Alupar, has signed a 15-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with ANEEL, starting January 1, 2027. The total project cost is $25.4 million, with CITIBANK providing a loan of $20.293 million. The remaining $5.1 million was secured through a debenture issuance by the sponsor, with a tenor of 15.9 years and maturity in 2039, arranged by Itau BBA. The financial close date is set for January 2024.
