Upon full build-out, it will feature 530,000 square feet of retail, dining, wellness and experiential concepts, office space, and 1,200 residential units. Phase I includes 90,000 square feet of daily-needs tenants and is expected to be delivered in Q1 2027. Phase II will add 160,000 square feet of street-oriented retail and dining space, focusing on fashion brands, chef-driven restaurants, and boutique fitness, anticipated to open by the end of 2028. Additionally, a 360-unit apartment community will break ground in summer 2026. |
