Description | Torburn Partners is redeveloping the former Sarasota Square indoor mall into a 96-acre luxury open-air mixed-use community destination. The project includes 530,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and commercial space, 1,200 residential units, and more than an acre of outdoor gathering space. Whole Foods Market will anchor the retail phase, which is already under construction, with additional tenants including HomeSense, Chipotle Mexican Grill, CAVA, Joe & The Juice, and Charles Schwab branch. Residential construction is expected to start in early 2026. |
