Greenland Mines has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Sarfartoq Rare Earths Project in southwest Greenland, expanding its critical minerals strategy. The project focuses on neodymium-praseodymium rare earth elements, important for high-performance permanent magnets. The acquisition aims to create a North Atlantic Critical Minerals Corridor linking Greenlandic resources with industrial markets in Europe and North America. The project is relatively advanced with extensive drilling, metallurgical work, environmental studies, and a prior mineral resource estimate.
