Tecnicas Reunidas SA and Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering have been selected to carry out the front-end engineering design contract. The project aims to serve export markets, with memorandums of understanding signed to create a supply chain for green hydrogen from Saudi Arabia to Europe. Commercial operations are expected to start by 2030. |
