The Jordanian school infrastructure is heavily overloaded due to persistently high population growth and the high influx of refugees and also has structural deficits that are further exacerbated by the overload. The aim of the project is for the additional school infrastructure to be used by the target group, thereby improving their access to high-quality education and thus their living conditions. The aim of the project is to improve equal access to high-quality education by providing additional infrastructure. The quality of primary and secondary education at public schools is also to be further improved through additional accompanying measures in the three phases relevant to school infrastructure (1) school building planning, (2) implementation and (3) maintenance. In addition, a project management unit (PMU) for the German school building projects is to be set up at the Jordanian Ministry of Education (MoE).
