Description | Scooter's Coffee is constructing a new 154,400-square-foot cold storage distribution center in Papillion, Nebraska. The facility includes 93,520 square feet of warehouse space and 8,000 square feet of office space, designed for long-term performance, efficiency, and scalability. It will initially support more than 330 stores and scale to support more than 700 stores. The center features a 43,200-square-foot freezer, a 9,720-square-foot cold dock and refrigeration system, 20 loading dock positions, and a drive-in ramp. It is expected to open in June 2027 with deliveries starting in August 2027. |
