Scrubgrass AI Data Center Campus

planned

Keel Infrastructure is planning a large-scale AI data center campus at the Scrubgrass power plant site near Kennerdell. The site covers 650 acres and has potential expansion capacity up to 1.3 gigawatts. The project is in the planning and study stage, with major pieces still under development. The site already has energy infrastructure, including a waste-to-energy facility and access to 63 megawatts of power, with plans to add more capacity through load studies and natural gas generation.
