Description | The Project consists of upgrading the water, sewer and road infrastructure along Seal Cove Road in the Town of Stephenville Crossing. The scope of the Project includes replacing approximately 250 meters of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure. The Project also includes the replacement of 10 services, along with 250 meters of road upgrades (incl. subgrades and asphalt). Included in the upgrades are concrete curb and sidewalk, manholes, valves, fire hydrants, and reinstatement where necessary. The Project aims to provide a more reliable water, sewer and road system for the residents of Stephenville Crossing. The Project will increase access to potable water, increase capacity to manage wastewater and storm water, and improve the surface of the road. |
