Description | The project will increase access to community and culture through the construction of a multi-use outdoor amphitheatre that will create an outdoor performance space in Hackett Park. This will provide a space for outdoor concerts and performances and is expected to be utilized for many types of activities and by many user types such as an exercise space and outdoor classroom in addition to a performance space. The project works will include: - site preparation; - construction of a bandshell including foundation, performance platform, backstage area including changerooms and storage, and roof structure; - installation of electrical works; - upgrade of existing park trails and pathways leading to the facility; - landscaping; and, - related works and appurtenances. |
