Second Bengaluru Airport Project

The project involves the development of a second airport in Bengaluru to manage growing air traffic demand and improve connectivity. The Airports Authority of India has reviewed three shortlisted sites, and a detailed feasibility study is underway to assess financial viability and expected passenger traffic. The state government will finalize the site based on the feasibility report, after which the Ministry of Civil Aviation will fast-track all approvals and regulatory clearances.
