The multi-phase campus is located in Nueces County, Texas, and is designed to support one gigawatt of total capacity. Jacobs will apply proven design elements from the River Bend campus and deploy a data center digital twin to simulate critical assets, helping to de-risk commissioning and accelerate AI workload deployment. Initial energization and commissioning are targeted for 2027, with potential for campus expansion as demand scales. |
